Traditional patient journey interview is based on the memory of doctors or patients, have emotional judgment for the diagnosis and treatment process, usually is different from the actual incidence; Meanwhile, because of various reasons (doctor-patient relationship, high-intensity work), the doctor may be unwilling to states their natural conversation process; while the patient also perhaps express their own distress (such as economic capacity, etc)
