Challenges in Patient Journey
Traditional patient journey interviews are based on the recollections of doctors or patients, which contain emotional judgment about the diagnosis and treatment process. These accounts are usually different from actual incidence. Meanwhile, due to various reasons (doctor-patient relationship, high-intensity work), the doctor may be unwilling to describe their natural conversation process, while the patient may also be reluctant to express their own distress (such as economic capacity, etc.).
